7-week program

 

This 7-week program is designed to help you develop self-confidence through self-love, incorporating 7 simple weekly steps. Feel connected to your body and learn what she needs, including food, movement, stillness practices and fun!

The goal for this program is to have you jumping out of bed in the morning feeling vibrant and confident.

Step 1: Eat Better and Move Your Way to More Energy

Fuel your body with joyful movement and delicious whole foods to clear your mind so you’re fully ready for the next 6 steps in the program.

  • Move your body to love her and feel sexy in your own skin
  • Eat what your body needs to feel good
  • Simple plan for easy meals
  • Balance your digestion
  • Understand your cravings
  • Integrate quality whole foods into your daily meals
  • Savor, slow down and really taste your food
  • Build more mental clarity

 

Step 2: Organize and Schedule

Get focused and clear out the clutter that’s weighing you down. We’ll work on realistic, enjoyable schedules to keep you motivated and moving towards your goals. Exercises and tools include:

  • Clean out your pantry
  • Clear out clutter
  • Time management tips
  • Incorporate daily journaling to keep you focused

Step 3: Connect, Get Grounded and Let Your Intuition Guide You

This step focuses on building listening, awareness and presence skills. Exercises and tools include:

  • Meditation: Including guided meditations for you to use
  • Learn how to breathe, including a worksheet and plan for incorporating breath work throughout your day to keep you calm and focused
  • Learning to ask questions out loud and why that’s important
  • Self-forgiveness exercise

 

Step 4: Create Goals with Gratitude

This step focuses on giving thanks for where you are now in order to build peace and calmness in your life now. This will help you establish new goals and be ready to make them happen. Exercises and tools include:

  • Acknowledge out loud the world around us
  • Identify your feelings in your body
  • Thank others
  • Daily gratitude journaling practice

Step 5: Comfortable and Confident in Your Body

Your body is your guide in nourishment and love. In this step you’ll learn to allow your body tell you what she needs while transforming your relationship with food, your body and your love life. Exercises, tools and skills you will build include:

  • Transformed relationship with food, with your body, with love
  • Mirror work
  • Connecting with your yoni
  • Dance, fun and music

 

Step 6: Support and Stretch with Your Sisters

You’re not in this alone! In this step we’ll build your sisterhood of support. Exercises, tools and support include:

  • How to make it easy to establish a support system
  • Learn how to receive
  • Principles on how to best relate with others
  • Making time for friends
  • BBB group gathering
  • BBB private Facebook group

Step 7: Create Results Consistently by Trusting Your Body

Bring all 6 weeks together in this final step, putting it all together so you can consistently reach your goals and trust your body to know what you need and how you need it!

Exercises, tools and practices we’ll add to what you’ve learned so far include:

  • Breaths to acknowledge the day
  • Establish routine
  • Practice
  • Create new habits

 

The 7-week program includes:

  • Weekly guides for each step
  • Two 45 minute one-on-one coaching calls – one as we start the program and one in the final week
  • Two distance Reiki sessions
  • Membership in the BBB private Facebook group
