We only keep your data for as long as We need to in order to use it as described below, and/or for as long as We have your permission to keep it.

The website has been built using WordPress, which places one ‘session cookie’ on your computer when you arrive on the website. This is a session cookie which tells the website that you are the same person requesting the webpages, and not a new visitor to each page. Paypal uses the PYPF cookie to pass our information over to them when you click on a button to send us a payment. None of your personal data is captured on our site, all of it is submitted at the PayPal site. Paypal then shares your data so we know it was you who issued the payment to us. If you have cookies turned off, then our payment buttons may not work correctly.
As part of the registration process for our marketing and services newsletter list, we collect personal information.
We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don’t sell, rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our emails. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing our data protection officer Kristin Haas at email@example.com.
Access to your personal information
All emails sent through our Marketing List (handled by MailChimp) have an unsubscribe link at the bottom to remove your from our list and opt-out of any future emails. You can unsubscribe here.
You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request to our data protection officer Kristin Haas at firstname.lastname@example.org
